ゴールデンウイーク営業日および休業日に関するお知らせ
拝 啓
この度は、当社の鑑定・検査業務をご用命賜りまして、誠にありがとうございます。
さて、2019年は天皇陛下の御退位及び皇太子殿下の御即位に伴う式典が挙行されるにあたり、4月27日（土）から5月6日（月）までの期間を完全休業とさせていただきます。
休業期間中は、大変ご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

休業日: 4月27日（土）～5月6日（月）まで
なお、休業期間中は特に下記事項について十分ご注意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
1. 休業期間中はDNAサンプルのご返送をお避け下さい。ご返送いただいても受け取ることができませんので、採取済みDNAサンプル（綿棒を封筒に入れた状態）については お客様自身で「冷蔵庫」にて保管いただきますようお願いいたします。
2. 休業期間中にDNAサンプルをご返送になられた場合における、返送物の紛失、DNAサンプルの劣化等、当社では一切の責任を負いませんので十分にご注意ください。
3. 検査業務全般（検査受付け、検査業務、検査結果の報告業務など）も休業対象となります。休業期間は業務日数に含まれませんので、 検査結果ご報告までの日数については十分に余裕をお持ちくださいますようお願いいたします。
4. 休業期間の直前直後は非常に混雑いたします。そのため、検査業務全般に遅れが発生する場合があります。当社では業務遅延や検査日数延長などによる一切の責任を負いませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
5. 休業期間中にいただいた電子メールによるお問い合わせについては、2019年5月7日（火）より順次対応させていただきます。
ご不便とご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、重ねてご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

In 2019, our Company shall be closed during the Golden Week period to celebrate the Crown Prince’s succession to the throne and the Emperor’s retirement.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Holiday period: April 27, 2019 (Sat) to May 06, 2019 (Mon)
In addition, please pay attention to the following matters during our office closure for the holiday period.
1. Please avoid returning your DNA samples during the holiday period. We advise you to store the collected DNA samples (cotton swab inside the envelope) in your refrigerator as we cannot receive the samples if you send them back.
2. Please note that the Company shall not take responsibility for the loss of returned samples, DNA sample deterioration, and the like when they are sent back during the holiday period.
3. All laboratory operations (test applications, test analysis, reporting of test results, etc.) are also closed during this period. Please note that holidays are not counted in the number of business days when reporting the results.
4. It will be very crowded after the holidays. Therefore, there may be delays in the overall process. Please note that the Company shall not take responsibility for these delays.
5. The Company shall respond to inquiries by e-mail on May 07, 2019 (Tuesday).
