夏季休業のお知らせ
拝 啓
時下ますますご清栄のこととお慶び申し上げます。毎々格別のご高配を賜りまして、厚く御礼を申し上げます。
さて、当社では夏季休業にあたり、8月7日（水）より8月12日（月）まで、業務を休ませていただきます。
これに伴いご報告や問い合わせの回答などが、通常ご案内している期間より延長となります。
つきましては、休業期間中は、特に下記事項について十分ご注意くださいますよう、お願い申し上げます。
1. 休業期間中はDNAサンプルのご返送はしないでください。ご返送いただいても受け取ることができませんので、 採取済みDNAサンプル（綿棒を封筒に入れた状態）についてはお客様自身で「冷蔵庫」にて保管いただきますようお願いいたします。
2. 休業期間中にDNAサンプルをご返送になられた場合における、返送物の紛失、DNAサンプルの劣化など、当社では一切の責任を負いません。十分にご注意ください。
3. 検査業務全般（検査受付け、検査業務、検査結果の報告業務など）も休業対象となります。休業期間は業務日数に含まれませんので、 検査結果ご報告までの日数については十分に余裕をお持ちくださいますよう、お願いいたします。
4. 休業期間の直前直後は非常に混雑いたします。そのため、検査業務全般に遅れが発生する場合があります。 当社では業務遅延や検査日数延長などによる一切の責任を負いませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
5. 当該期間中にいただいた電子メールなどによるお問い合わせにつきましては、2019年8月13日（火）以降順次ご対応させていただきます。
みなさまにはご不便とご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、重ねてご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

【Notice for Summer Holiday】
Our Company will be closed during the Summer holiday as shown below.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Holiday period: August 7, 2019 (Wed) to August 12, 2019 (Mon)
In addition, please pay attention to the following matters during our office closure for the holiday period.
1. Please avoid returning your DNA samples during the holiday period. We advise you to store the collected DNA samples (cotton swab inside the envelope) in your refrigerator as we cannot receive the samples if you send them back.
2. Please note that the Company shall not take responsibility for the loss of returned samples, DNA sample deterioration, and the like when they are sent back during the holiday period.
3. All laboratory operations (test applications, test analysis, reporting of test results, etc.) are also closed during this period. Please note that holidays are not counted in the number of business days when reporting the results.
4. It will be very crowded after the holidays. Therefore, there may be delays in the overall process. Please note that the Company shall not take responsibility for these delays.
5. The Company shall respond to inquiries by e-mail on August 13, 2019 (Tuesday).
