How is the DNA sample collected?
You can collect the DNA sample yourself by gently rubbing the inside of the cheek 10 to 15 times with a sterile cotton swab. It is a simple and easy procedure with no pain and bleeding.

How do I apply for a number of people (e.g., family members)?
In this case, payment for all participants can be settled by a representative. Please write the names and number of participants for the test at the time of application in the remarks column. If the application is through phone, please inform us about the participants and the contents of the application form.

Should I check for my sibling’s results separately?
Results obtained can be different even for siblings. As such, we recommend that siblings should get tested separately.

How long does it take for the test to be completed?
The test will be completed within approximately two weeks upon arrival of your application form and DNA sample. We will send the report through e-mail or post mail.

How do you handle personal information?
We conduct strict quality control inspections, as well as comply with the guidelines on handling individual genetic information by the Japanese Forensic Society, Japan DNA Polymorphism Association and the Ministry of Economics, Trade and Industry.

How is personal information handled after the test?
The personal information presented and the genetic information obtained are handled separately. Your personal information will be automatically deleted after six months upon completion of the test.

Is the diet plan included in the test effective?
Genetic testing will help you understand the advantages and disadvantages of the diet plan. We will introduce and recommend exercises, food supplements, and meals that can even be easily purchase on convenience stores and online shops for your body type. However, please understand that there is no guarantee that the diet will have an effect on everyone.

When will the user page be updated?
We are planning to update the standard and new products four times a year for each season.
